Information requested

We request your name, email, phone number, the role you select, your resume, and your acknowledgment of this notice. You may provide a cover letter and additional relevant information. The submission date, application status, and recruitment communications are recorded. Please do not submit government identifiers, bank or financial account information, date of birth, medical information, or confidential information belonging to others.

Purpose and access

The information is used to review job-related qualifications, communicate about recruitment, manage applications and documentation, and meet applicable legal obligations. If you expressly opt into future opportunities, your resume may be considered for relevant future roles. Future consideration is not an active vacancy, an interview commitment, or an offer of employment.

Applications and documents are stored in HQ Construction’s Odoo recruitment system. Access is limited to authorized personnel supporting HQ recruitment and service providers operating the system. Applicant documents are not public website files.

Retention and requests

Records are retained as needed for the recruitment purpose, any agreed future consideration, and applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution obligations. You may contact HQ to ask about your information, request a correction, withdraw from recruitment, or ask to stop future consideration. Applicable law may require retention of some records after a request.

Your choices

Cover letters and additional information are optional. Only share information relevant to your application. If you need an accessible alternative to this form, contact HQ at the number above.
